Career counselling and vocational guidance

Choosing and changing is a serious decision. We believe in self-understanding & awareness-raising about one’s own sense of calling and career direction, instead of direct advisory. We help if we can accordingly, in this process!

The search for meaning in our vocation or professional life is not dependent on age and experience! The intention to choose, decide or change can arise for anyone, at any age or life situation!

The half-day, individual session includes a test (examination of motivation, skills and personality) and a discussion to give you an idea of your occupation, career or vocation options.

At this point we have to mention, the term ‘Career counselling’ can be misleading, as the aim of the session is not to give directive advice on career or vocation options, even less so to provide exact answers to career related questions… Rather, the aim is helping to enhance our client’s awareness on and about his or her own personal motivations, opportunities and obstacles. As thorough understanding of such matters often leads to fulfilling career paths!

It’s a liberating feeling when, within ourselves we understand what we are free to, what we should & what we really want to do and create in our lives!
