The direction, content and number of sessions depend on the coachee’s objectives. We can offer only one thing: ourselves, with all our knowledge, expertise, attention and personality.
Good coaching is not measured in performance, but rather in the energy, motivation and inner strength of the client. This of course can benefit the environment and the organisation too, but the client gains the most.

We all have the power to make our lives and work blossom. It can be worthwhile to do so and take the time for our own individual development: A sharpened blade always cuts edges better than a chipped one!
